Employment News:

• 9\03\09 -The Guilford Fire department has officially received and accepted the SAFER Grant to hire 8 new firefighters.

• 08\01\09- The town of Guilford has been selected to recieve the SAFER grant. This grant will allow the Guilford Fire Department to hire 8 new probationary firefighters. Please check back on the site for details.

• 1\06\09- The town of Guilford has started 4 new probationary firefighters. The new firefighters have started there in station training and we would like to welcome them to the Guilford Fire Department. 3 new firefighters are pictured below.
